Cross Country & Track

Cross country is a running sport teams and individuals  race outdoors over natural terrain like dirt, mud, and grass. Individuals are scored and ranked  based on time  of completion. If you would like to compete in these races, you can join a running club such as the ones below.

Track is a running and event sport where individuals and teams compete in short, medium, and long distance races, hurdles, relays, jumping events loke vaulting, and throwing events like javelin, and much more. If you would like to compete in the running events, you can join a running club like the ones below, but there is currently no training for other events.
